- Reinforcement: Time and space for new learning to be digested, consolidated and rehearsed
- Emotion: Affective conditions that promotes willingness to learn and social engagement in learning
- Exercise & Sleeping: Physical activities and resting to build a strong biological base for learning and retaining knowledge
